What AI tools does this work with?

The workspace is built for Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding tool). The CLAUDE.md file is automatically loaded by Claude Code at session start. The methodology files are plain Markdown, so the patterns can be adapted to other AI coding tools, but the session handoff protocol is specifically designed for Claude Code's CLAUDE.md system.
Do I need to be technical?

You need basic command-line knowledge — navigating directories, running commands, editing text files. If you can open a terminal and type a command, you have enough. No programming experience required. The quickstart call walks you through everything.
Can I customize the CLAUDE.md?

Yes — that is the entire point. The CLAUDE.md is a living document that grows with your business. We provide the structure: session protocols, sprint methodology, logging rules, and conventions. You fill in your projects, your tools, your team, your standards. The more context you add, the more effective every session becomes.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?

Solo is a single-user workspace. Team adds multi-user coordination for 2-5 people: per-user watermark tracking (so each person only sees new work since their last session), action item tagging between team members (@mentions that surface at session start), concurrent work safety rules (prevents two people from editing the same file), and a team member onboarding guide.
Do I need the managed platform too?

No. Workspace products are completely standalone. They work with any Claude Code installation on any machine. The managed platform is a separate offering for customers who want SecondCrew to build and run AI automations for them. The workspace is for people who want to build things themselves, using our methodology.
What if I outgrow Solo?
